Music for Kids on the Del Rio Trail with Jillian Van Ness

Here’s an interesting event going on just outside of our neighborhood boundaries:

Bring your 0-5 year olds and join children’s musician Jillian Van Ness of Grow Resilient Families for a fun morning of live music-making on the trail! Jillian will reveal some of her new, original songs inspired by the Del Rio Trail in this 30-minute, interactive class.

Bring your shakers/instruments (even a tupperware container filled w/ dried beans, car keys, or two sticks picked up along the trail will work beautifully!)
picnic blanket
snack/lunch, water bottles to enjoy after music
wear sturdy, close-toed shoes as the site is under construction
hats, sunscreen, etc
Admission is FREE but space is limited! Pre-registration and a commitment to attend is required via Eventbrite.

May is Bike Month

You are invited to join the Pocket Greenhaven Community Association team for May is Bike Month!

During the month of May, log your miles and help propel the PGCA team to the top of the leaderboard. We will try to organize rides for team members to get to know each other, as well as get some fresh air and miles! You do not need to be a PGCA member to join, but it is appreciated. If you have any ideas for group ride routes, email us at info@pocketgreenhaven.org.
