This cherished tradition succeeds because of the dedication, enthusiasm, and generosity of so many.
Our volunteers gave countless hours to planning, organizing, setting up, assisting participants, ensuring safety, and cleaning up afterward. Your commitment made all the difference. To our parade participants, thank you for bringing energy, creativity, and patriotic spirit to the streets of Pocket/Greenhaven. Whether you marched, performed, decorated a float, represented your organization, or helped create smiles along the route, you made this event special for thousands of neighbors. We also sincerely appreciate our sponsors, City Councilman Rick Jennings, Nugget Markets, community partners, public safety personnel, and elected officials. Your support helped make the celebration safe, welcoming, and enjoyable for all.
More than a community event, the parade was a chance to celebrate Independence Day and strengthen the bonds that make Pocket/Greenhaven such a wonderful place to live.
