Special guests: Officer Mike Carrillo of CA Highway Patrol will speak about public safety issues. Chris Dougherty (City of Sacramento, Mobility and Sustainability Division) will focus on the new Red-Light Enforcement Program

Chris Dougherty serves as the Funding and Asset Planning Manager for the Mobility and Sustainability Division of the City of Sacramento. He will speak about California’s new red-light camera law and how the City of Sacramento is piloting an Automated Red Light Enforcement Program
